Company Lawyer:
ARLA Group is seeking a qualified and experienced Company Lawyer to join our team in Sheikh Zayed City, Egypt.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
- Ensure company compliance with Egyptian laws and regulations.
- Handle corporate legal matters and government procedures.
- Represent the company before courts and legal authorities when required.
- Provide legal advice to management on business operations and risk mitigation.
- Manage legal disputes and coordinate with external legal counsel.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in law.
- Licensed to practice law in Egypt.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in corporate law.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian commercial, labor, and corporate laws.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
